The Opportunity:  In a “Business Process Excellence” and ISO 9001:2000 environment, the Manager of Quality Assurance will liaise between all internal departments, monitor compliance to established processes and assist in setting and tracking performance metrics throughout the Company for the purpose of improved product quality and customer satisfaction.  Working under the guidance of the VP – Manufacturing Operations, the Manager of Quality Assurance will participate in developing strategies and leading team members in taking Trachte to the next level.

The qualified candidate will with experience in custom manufacturing in mid-sized fabrication and assembly operations and act as a liaison between internal and external customers, sales, engineering and manufacturing on product quality and performance.  Working under the guidance of the VP, Manufacturing Operations, the Manager of QA will participate in developing strategies and leading team members in taking Trachte to the next level of quality, safety and financial performance.
