Successful, multi-line dairy cooperative seeks qualified candidates for its CEO/Manager position.  Located in Ellsworth WI and owned by the 500+ dairy farmers/members who supply the milk for its products the cooperative will celebrate its its 97^th anniversary this year and enjoys a national reputation for quality dairy products that are made from milk that is farmer-certified free from artificial growth hormone rBST. 

The Opportunity:  We are looking for a manufacturing professional with excellent business development, leadership, and senior management skills and experience in running mid-sized manufacturing operations in the dairy industry.  Working under the guidance of the board of directors, the CEO/Manager will participate in developing strategies for taking Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery to the next level of member services and financial performance.  It is an excellent opportunity to lead a company that is financially secure and growing in its markets.

Our Requirements:  Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering and a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible management experience in the food industry is required; experience in the dairy industry is highly desired.  Strong leadership, communications, business development, financial and general management skills and interest in working in a team environment with represented and non-represented employees are required.
